Origin Story
A retired man of action turned urban fantasy writer. At least he is in my head.
Phineas grew up in Middletown, Ohio, where he completed thirteen years of Catholic education before serving in the United States Air Force from 1993 to 1997. In the years since, he's held all kinds of jobs across a handful of industries, and today works in IT — writing the epic he always wished he could read in whatever hours are left over.
"I've always felt like a storyteller, and I had a teacher in High School that I really credit for putting me on this path." A class assignment expanding on the Sumerian afterlife concepts from Gilgamesh turned into his first published work — and the moment that convinced him to keep going.
